Returns and Refunds Policy

At Fuzzy’s Fashion USA, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items and final sale merchandise are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email or receipt).

Return Process

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at sales@fuzzysfashionusa.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Receive Return Label: We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us within 14 days of receiving the return label.
  • Return Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size or color. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at sales@fuzzysfashionusa.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Beauty products, lingerie, or any intimate items for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at sales@fuzzysfashionusa.com. We will replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@fuzzysfashionusa.com.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
